Previous Minister of Aviation and chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Femi-Fani Kayode has gone after Acting President, Yemi Osibanjo for saying Buhari treats him like his child. Fani-kayode said it was baffling for a 60-year-old to openly put forth such expression.
The previous pastor was responding to an announcement attributed to Osinbajo amid his visit to the royal residence of the Emir of Katsina, His Royal Highness, Alhaji Abdulmumin Usman, on Thursday.
Osinbajo amid the visit to the ruler said he considers Kastina to be his second home in light of the way Buhari treats him.
"I feel especially at home in Katsina. Moreso, on the grounds that this is the State of the President who has taken me as a sibling; in certainty the President has taken me as a child in the way he treats me.
"I implore the Lord will safeguard our President to keep on leading, as the country has voted him to do. He truly puts stock in Nigeria solidarity".
Responding by means of a tweet Thursday night, Fani-Kayode said Nigeria was in a bad position.
"The President treats me like his child and his sibling"- VP. A 60 year old man can state this? We are stuck in an unfortunate situation," he tweeted.
Then, Yoruba young people, under the umbrella of Concerned O'oduwa Progressive Youth Assembly, COPYA, has disappeared Fani-Kayode over his steady assaults on President Buhari and his bad habit, Osinbajo.
