The police in Port Harcourt Rivers state today captured a man who offers arrangements at Elekahia domain in the state for b!ting off the ear of one of his clients. Purpose behind his activity is yet obscure. He is right now in police guardianship where he is being investigated. The man who was b!tten has been taken to a healing center for therapeutic consideration.
